Sharing stories left undocumented
Katharchive is a Nepali open-access history platform built for the general public. It exists so that anyone, not just historians, archivists, or institutions, can record and share the heritage that belongs to them: oral histories passed down in a family, the story behind a local temple, a stupa or monastery known only in its own neighborhood, an artifact with no formal record of where it came from, or a tradition that has never been written down.
Want to add a heritage to the platform? Submit your responses and upload it to our platform. You can add monuments, artifacts, oral histories, rituals, living traditions and so on.
